What is FloristManila.com?
Florist Manila is the online largest flower and gift shop in the Philippines. Florist Manila have flowers, cakes, chocolates, soft toys, fruits basket and other quality gifts delivery to all over in the Philippines. We make sure that all of your orders are hand delivered promptly using this network. That is how we can offer the best in hampers, floral arrangements, and other gifts at incredibly low prices. Phil Florist can deliver to almost every remote area in Philippines. 

1. Where do you deliver?
Well,  we deliver all over in the Philippines. Our delivery is nationwide but if the area is far from proper town, in some cases our courier cannot deliver but in that case, your recipient needs to pick up the item from nearest LBC, DHL, FEDEX etc courier outlet. If you are doubt about destination or if you think your destination might not be covered by our courier then please email us- Contact Us before making any purchase.

2. How do I order and send a gift?
Most of our products have been grouped into separate Category, so they should appear on the different pages under a category. You can select products from the category.

You choose a product from any category then click on view details to see details about that product. After seeing the details, you will see ‘add to cart’’ button in the product page. Click on ‘add to cart’’ for place your order. Then the page will go to another page and it will ask you ‘continue shopping’ or ‘checkout’.

If you like to buy more items then click on ‘continues shopping ’. And choose another item in same way. Any time you can see your shopping cart that how much you bought and how many items. Just click on ‘shopping cart’ you can see top of the right side of website.

If you want to remove any product from your shopping cart, just select the product to remove it and click remove. you can see always how many items in your shopping cart.

And any time you can check out by giving billing and shipping information. Just click on ‘checkout’ top on the page.

After giving all the information (shipping and billing), delivery information and payment method, you need to click submit order.

Next page will be process order, then click continue payment, it will bring you our secure payment.

3. Are there any shipping charges?
Yes, Shipping for provincial delivery is flat rate is USD $12.95 & Delivery to Metro manila,  shipping fee USD $12.95

4. Are there any Additional Charges on Send Flowers To Philippines?
There are no Hidden Charges that will be added to your total without your consent. The price shown on the website is the net amount you will be charged.

4. Are there any specific days of delivery?
Metro Manila 7 days delivery. Same day delivery possible within Metro Manila if you place order before 12:00 Noon (Philippine time). Order received after 12:00 Noon, will be delivered next day unless delivery date is specified.

Provinces: Delivery everyday except sundays. 
We deliver Monday however some items are not eligible for Monday deliveries due to courier cost on Monday delivery

5. How far in advance can I place my order?
You can place your order up to 90 days in advance from the intended delivery date. 

6. What cards do you accept?
We currently accept all types of major debit or credit cards.

7. How do I pay?
You may pay through Paypal, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, debit or credit card.

8. What about other payment option?
Well you can with BDO Or BPI bank transfer also we accept Payment from CEBUANAWestern Union, Palawan Express & LBC. ( Please note: In case of payment through Western Union, Cebuana, Palawan express and LBC Remittance, order will be processed once the payment is received.

9. Are my Personal and Credit Card details secure on Send Flowers To Philippines?
We guarantee you that both your personal and financial details are absolutely secure on FloristManila.com. Your personal details are stored in an encrypted format and cannot be viewed by unauthorized personnel. This is the way we secure your personal data.

10. How can I confirm if my order is on its way?
You will receive a confirmation email

A. upon ordering, containing your invoice number, product/s you ordered, date of purchase, recipient's names and addresses, your gift card message, preferred delivery date, as well as your special instructions.

B. you will also receive payment confirmation by our secure paymnet method company like paypal, checkout.

11. I want to pay by credit card, but it is redirecting me to pay pal.
You can pay by credit card in PayPal payment method. You don’t need to open a pay pal account.there is option in paypal payment page.

12. How can I know my order has been delivered to recipient?
All customers are notified with a confirmation email within 24 hours after the order has been delivered to the recipient. And also you can check the status of your order at our website.
