MOTHER'S DAY ADVISORY:
It's not just the volume of customers we serve; it's the happiness and satisfied customers that we make each year that counts.

To ensure that each customer will have a great shopping experience with your company, we have prepared for this forthcoming Mother's Day celebration. It is indeed the 2nd biggest occasion after Valentine's season for flowers & gifts industry in the Philippines.

The following operational process & delivery cut off dates will help us all generate more satisfied customers as we can ensure that all orders will have personal touch & utmost care until we get delivered to the recipient.

Please be advised of the following process and cut off schedules:

Understand our operation process:

May 8, 2016, Sunday- kindly take note that our affiliated courier is closed during Sundays. All Provincial deliveries will take place on Saturday. For offices, delivery on Friday is needed. All orders we receive before the cut off time will be manually reviewed for address verification (Whether specified area are covered or out of delivery zone by our courier). Address verification does not assure any wrong address, incomplete address checking as we do not have means to check these.

Cut Off Date & Time:

(Same for Metro Manila and Provincial)

Delivery between May 6th to May 8th: Cut off time is May 5th at 1PM.

No Same day delivery to Metro Manila on May 5th to 14th.

Regular delivery and shipment schedule will resume on May 15th.

Furthermore, those orders that will arrive after cut off time (After 1PM on May 5th),will be processed on queue basis (First come- first serve basis) without guaranteed date of delivery but before May 15th. 

Rest assured that we will certainly extend all possible resources to accommodate all your orders during the said period, late orders then will be on May 10^th and 11^th. Please be advised that we will not be able to guarantee on time deliveries particularly those orders that will arrive after our official cut off time.
